JUDGMENT shall be entered dismissing all state law claims, without prejudice. FURTHER ORDERED that judgment shall be entered dismissing all claims against Our Lady of the Lake, with prejudice. RULING: The defts 21 Motion to Dismiss is granted to the extent all state law claims shall be dismissed without prejudice. FURTHER ORDERED that the pltf shall have until 7/31/2009 to file a copy of the complaint he filed with the EEOC. FURTHER ORDERED if pltf does file the complaint he filed with EEOC, only those claims asserted in the EEOC complaint shall be permitted to be asserted in this case. Signed by Judge Frank J.
