RULING under sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security is hereby REVERSED, and this case is REMANDED to the Commissioner for further proceedings consistent with the opinion of the Court, including the presentation and consideration of any further relevant medical, vocational or other evidence developed by the parties.
