RULING: The Court GRANTS Defendants, Sidney A. Grantham and BAH Express, Inc. Motions to Dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. The Court, own its own initiative, shall dismiss Plaintiffs claims against Westfield Insurance Company for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff shall have 15 days from the date of this Courts Ruling and Order to file an objection and show cause why the complaint against Westfield should not be dismissed. This matter will be transferred the Northern District of Georgia pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1404(a), after the expiration of the deadline for Plaintiffs objection to the dismissal of Westfield, if any.
