RULING and ORDER granting in part and denying in part 25 Motion to Dismiss. La Frontera's motion to dismiss is DENIED with respect to Plaintiffs claim brought under the Wiretap Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2511 and 2520. La Frontera''s m otion to dismiss is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiff''s claims brought under 47 U.S.C. § 605 and 553, subject to La Frontera amending its motion to dismiss, thereby attaching the Exhibit, within 7 days of the issuance of this ruling; granting 14 Motion to Dismiss.
