Filing 34 RULING AND ORDER: Within fifteen (15) days of the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall file either an Amended Complaint setting forth all of her claims or a Notice that she wishes to proceed only on the Title VII claims that survived the Motion to Dismiss. Failure to timely comply with this order will result in dismissal of this action for failure to prosecute and obey court orders. NO FURTHER EXTENSIONS SHALL BE GRANTED. Filing 31 RULING and ORDER denying in part 9 Motion to Dismiss as to Plaintiff's Title VII claims and granting in part as to Plaintiff's claims under Sections 1981, 1983, and 1988. The dismissal of Plaintiff's claims under Sections 1981, 198 3, and 1988 is without leave to amend. Within 30 days of this Ruling and Order, Plaintiff shall file either an Amended Complaint setting forth all of her claims as described in this Order or a Notice that she wishes to proceed only on the Title VII c laims that have survived the Motion to Dismiss.
