ORDER granting #10 Plaintiff's Motion to Extend Service Deadlines Regarding Service on Defendant, Jose Cavazos. The Motion seeks to stay this matter pending service on Defendant Jose Cavazos through the Hague Convention in Mexico. Movant has also submitted an affidavit indicating that a company specializing in service under the Hague Convention has been retained to serve Cavazos and indicating that proper service may take up to 12 months. R. Doc. 10-1. Accordingly, good cause exists to stay these proceedings pending service on Jose Cavazos. IT IS ORDERED that once service on Jose Cavazos is complete, Plaintiff shall file a Motion to Lift Stay. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall file a status report regarding the progress of service on Jose Cavazos on June 18, 2021; October 18, 2021; and February 18, 2022.
