JUDGMENT ADOPTING 49 Report and Recommendations subject to outlined modifications. It is ORDERED that the 21 Motion to Dismiss filed by W L Gore & Associates Inc is DENIED. It is further ORDERED that the 35 Motion to Amend Plaintiff's Orig inal Petition for Damages filed by Patsy Winslow is GRANTED. Plaintiff is allowed an additional 30 days to revise her petition more extensively.
