ORDER there being no objection to the 70 Report and Recommendations granting 58 Motion for Attorney Fees; IT IS ORDERED that the plaintiff, Leisha Bertrand, is entitled to $61,715.63 in attorneys' fees per her initial request, plus $10,375.00 in attorneys' fees per her supplemental request. OPINION : Based upon the above and foregoing, the court finds in favor of the plaintiff, Leisha Bertrand, and against the defendant, the City of Lake Charles, with respect to Ms. Bertrand's FMLA claims. The parties will be ordered to submit brie fs and supporting documentation to assist the court in determining the portion of Ms. Bertrand's retirement benefits attributable to contributions by the City.
