| Filing 18 MINUTES for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Kathleen Kay: STATUS CONFERENCE held on 7/22/2020. Participating by telephone: Daniel A. Kramer for plaintiff, Todd M. Ammons for Lotte Chemical Louisiana, LLC, Davin Boldissar who will soon make an appearance for Perin Resources, LLC, and Dustin Louis Poche for Quality Carriers, Inc.This status was requested by counsel for Quality. Quality has had its trailer that is the subject of this lawsuit on litigation hold and has been attempting to have the parties agree to an inspection on 8/26/2020 as Quality would like to get its trailer back into service. Just prior to the conference plaintiff had received his protocol from his own expert which it is believed will solve the issue of 8/26/2020 as being a good date for the inspection. An issue was raised by counsel for Lotte Chemical about Quality having indicated it would maintain possession of certain pieces and would not relinquish control without court order. The court indicated it would be available on 8/26/2020 if any issue should arise that would require our assistance or intervention so that all interested parties could have the inspections accomplished but that would then allow Quality to get is equipment out of litigation hold.
