FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to dismiss [doc. 29] is granted and judgment is entered in favor of defendants, Louisiana Tech University and Louisiana Tech University Police Dept, dismissing without prejudice plaintiff's claims, and plaintiff's claims against Louisiana Tech Chief o f Police Randal Hermes, Louisiana Tech Assistant Chief of Police Bill Davis, and Louisiana Tech Police Officers Randy Gay and Tim Holstead are dismissed with prejudice.
