JUDGMENT adopting 10 Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge Dismissing Plaintiff's claims against 6th Judicial District, District Attorney's Office, the State of Louisiana, and Joy Jackson With Prejudice as frivolous and for failing to state claims on which relief may be granted. It Is Further Ordered that Plaintiff's claims against James David Caldwell, James Trey Phillips, and John Crigler are Dismissed With Prejudice as frivolous, for failing to state claims on which relief may be granted, and for seeking monetary relief may be granted, and for seeking monetary relief against defendants immune from such relief.
