MEMORANDUM RULING re 9 MOTION to Remand filed by Jennifer Rosson, Walter Rosson. Plaintiffs' petition alleges a violation of the Federal Pregnancy Discrimination Act, giving rise to federal question jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1331.
