ORDER granting 8 Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's claims for statutory penalties, rental expenses, attorney's fees and costs pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statutes 22:1893 and 22:1973, property damage, mental pain and anguish, loss of enjoy ment of life, expert fees, costs and interest.
