SUA SPONTE JURISDICTIONAL BRIEFING ORDER: The undersigned reviewed the pleadings and concluded the plaintiffs' demand for recovery satisfies the amount-in-controversy requirement, but this Court cannot determine whether the parties are diverse i n citizenship or whether jurisdiction exists under the OCSLA.
