ORDER/Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Richard L. Bourgeois, Jr.: Telephone Conference held on 10/1/2018. The parties discussed the status of this matter. Counsel for Plaintiff advised that Plaintiff had not yet reached maximum medical improvement and the previously suspended expert discovery deadlines would need to be reset based on Plaintiff's eventual treatment and recovery. The Court also noted that the parties were all in agreement that this matter should be transferred to the Western District of Louisiana as requested in the pending Joint Motion to Transfer. (R. Doc. 25). Based on that motion and on Plaintiff's current medical condition, the undersigned informed the parties that no action would be taken on resetting discovery deadlines at this time.
