The Amended Complaint will be due 9/20/19. If, upon review of the Amended Complaint, Defendant still would like to move for dismissal, Defendant may do so. The motion will be due 10/21/19 and should not exceed 25 pages, excluding exhibits, unless otherwise ordered by the Court. Plaintiffs' response in opposition to the motion will be due 11/12/19 and likewise should not exceed 25 pages unless otherwise ordered. Defendant's reply will be due 11/25/19 and should not exceed 15 pages unless otherwise ordered.
