After a Scheduling Conference held on 12/7/2010, this court hereby orders that: Plaintiff's Motion to Dismiss Defendant's Amended Counterclaims 53 is DENIED. Defendant shall produce additional documen ts per the search terms proposed by Plaintiff's, at Plaintiffs' expense by 01/7/2011. Fact Discovery shall be completed by 04/15/2011. Plaintiffs shall make expert disclosures, if any, as to their case by 07/22/2011. Defendant shall make ex pert disclosures, if any as to plaintiffs' case and Defendant's counterclaim 08/19/2011. Plaintiff's shall make expert disclosures, if any, as to Defendant's counterclaim by 09/16/2011. The Parties shall file any motions for Summary Judgment by 11/17/2011.
