A Michigan student sues the police after being subjected to a breathalyzer test when he was on a school-sponsored picnic at a public park at the end of his eighth-grade school year, charging that the Fourth Amendment prohibited him from being subjected to a warrantless breathalyzer test in front of his friends, classmates, and teachers, event though the breathalyzer tests proved that he had not been drinking.
