Filing 14 ORDER - On February 16, 2011 the Court issued an order which adopted the Report and Recommendation and summarily dismissed Pltf's claims. Pltf submitted a one-page letter two days after the date objections were due, this Court nevertheless consi dered the Pltf's objections. The Court remains convinced after this de novo review that the R&R was correct. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action be summarily DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to the dictates of the Court's Order (Doc#11) February 16, 2011. Signed by Judge Paul A.
