TWCS's appeal from the June 26, 2012 Order Denying TW 10 Assuming that the Bank had granted TWCS the additional week it requested, TWCS would have had several additional business days after formally retaining Mr. D ean on May 21, 2012 to answer the complaint, potentially avoiding default. Construction Solutions, LLC's Motion to Vacate Default Judgment of United States Bankruptcy Court (Doc. No. 1 ) in the adversary proceeding entitled Neighborhood Nationa l Bank v. TW Construction Solutions, LLC, et al., Adv. No. 12-6022 is GRANTED. The Bankruptcy Court's default order and entry of judgment (12-6022 Doc.
