ORDER adopting Report and Recommendation 16 denying 8 Motion for Summary Judgment and granting 11 Motion for Summary Judgment. Based on the foregoing, and on all of the files, records, and proceedings herein, the Court ADOPTS the March 27 , 2014 R&R 16 and OVERRULES plaintiff Amber Leigh Perry's objection 18 . Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. Perry's motion for summary judgment 8 is DENIED. 2. Defendant's motion for summary judgment 11 is GRANTED. 3.
