TEXT ONLY ORDER: On January 9, 2020, the parties in cases 19-cv-1433 (PJS/LIB) and 19-cv-2932 (PJS/LIB) filed Stipulations seeking to consolidate the two above referenced cases, realign certain parties, and dismiss one of the parties from the consolidated action.
