ORDER GRANTING #46 Joint Motion to Stay; and FINDING as MOOT #39 Joint Motion for Extension of Time. This matter was previously stayed until October 23, 2024, while the Court awaited a decision by the United States Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation as to whether this case should be consolidated with others into an MDL (see Doc. 45). After the Judicial Panel entered a conditional transfer order, Plaintiffs filed a motion to vacate that order which is currently being briefed before the Judicial Panel (see Doc. 46). For this reason, the parties have jointly moved to stay proceedings until after the Judicial Panel rules upon Plaintiffs' motion (Id.). That request is GRANTED and all proceedings in this case remain STAYED until the Judicial Panel rules upon Plaintiffs' motion to vacate. Once the Judicial Panel issues a decision on the motion, the parties are ORDERED to promptly inform the Court of the Judicial Panel's decision and, if applicable, move for an extension of time for the deadlines in this case.
