Frito-Lay for which the plaintiffs will be given credit for the filing fee previously paid. Individual cases to include a copy of this order, docket sheet and filings previously filed in Civil Action No. 3:04cv538. All pending motions in the original case are terminated and the parties are directed to refile in the new cases within 10 days of the date of this order any motion to be considered in the new cases .
