TEXT-ONLY ORDER. This case came before the undersigned for a telephonic case management conference (TCMC) on 10/12/2018. Appearing: Ed Blackmon, Bradford Blackmon, and Bucky Stewart. During the TCMC, Defendant's counsel agreed to voluntarily dismiss the removal in this case and proceed with the removal in Civil Action No. 3:18-cv-606-CWR-FKB, and Plaintiff's counsel agreed not to contest the removal in Civil Action No. 3:18-cv-606-CWR-FKB through a motion to remand or otherwise. Accordingly, the undersigned orders that the parties file a joint motion of dismissal in this case or submit an agreed order dismissing this case by 10/19/2018.
