MEMORANDUM AND OPINION. Petitioner's claims regarding a sex offense public safety factor being applied to his custody classification form will be dismissed, with prejudice. Petitioner's claims regarding the applicability of the notificati on provisions found in 18 U.S.C. § 4042(c) will be dismissed without prejudice.
