In absence of good cause shown, failure to timely serve a defendant shall result in the dismissal of plaintiff's claims as to that defendant, without prejudice.. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of C ourt shall mail to plaintiff a blank Prisoner Civil Rights Complaint form. Plaintiff may request additional forms as needed. If plaintiff fails to timely comply with this Memorandum and Order, the Court will dismiss this action without prejudice and without further notice. Amended/Supplemental Pleadings due by 2/12/2018.
