FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall substitute Carolyn W. Colvin for Michael J. Astru e in the court record of this case. A separate written judgment will be entered this date in favor of Plaintiff reversing and remanding this case for further proceedings pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
