[Doc. 24 .] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Commissioner of Social Security shall remit to Dempsey, Dempsey & Moellring, P.C., attorneys fees in the amount of $2,997.00, subject to any pre-existing debt that the Plaintiff owes the United States.
