OPINION MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge is SUSTAINED, ADOPTED and INCORPORATED HEREIN. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants Motion to Reverse and Remand [Doc. #23] b e GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), the final decision of the Commissioner denying social security benefits be REVERSED and this case be REMANDED to the Commissioner for further proceedings.
