September 24, 2012	Filing 18 MEMORANDUM OPINION.. In sum, the undersigned finds that the ALJ erred in assessing the credibility of plaintiff's subjective complaints of pain and limitation, and in relying on the opinions of non-examining state agency medical consultants. As such, this cause will be reversed and remanded to the ALJ in order for the ALJ to properly assess plaintiff's credibility, weigh the medical opinion evidence, determine whether plaintiff's condition meets or equals listing 12.04, and then proceed with the sequential analysis.
