MEMORANDUM OPINION..this cause will be reversed and remanded to the ALJ in order for the ALJ to consider the relevant new evidence; formulate a new residual functional capacity for plaintiff based on the medical evidence in the record, and further de velop the medical record if necessary; and then to continue with the next steps of the sequential evaluation process. Accordingly, a Judgment of Reversal and Remand will be entered separately in favor of plaintiff. Signed by Magistrate Judge Abbie Crites-Leoni on 6/20/14. (MRS)
