Filing 6 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all proceedings in this case are stayed pending final disposition of the criminal charges for drug possession pending against plaintiff. See Wallace v. Kato, 549 U.S. 384, 397 (2007). IT IS FURTHER ORDE RED that, for the reasons set forth above, plaintiff shall not be required to pay an initial filing fee of $13.73 at this time. If, and when, plaintiff files a motion to reopen this case following the final disposition of the state criminal char ges against him, the Court will re-evaluate plaintiffs in forma pauperis status to determine the sufficiency of his inmate funds. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall notify the Court in writing concerning the final disposition of the criminal charges pending against him in state court for alleged drug possession, within thirty (30) days after final disposition of the state charges; plaintiff shall includethe names of the parties, the court in which the case was pending, and the case numbe r. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the instant case is administratively closed, pending final disposition of the state criminal charges against plaintiff, and may be reopened by plaintiffs filing of a motion to reopen the case after such final disposition, as set forth above. Filing 4 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. [Doc. 2] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall pay an initial partial filing fee of $13.73 within thirt y (30) days from the date of this Order. Plaintiff is instructed to make his remittance payable to "Clerk, United States District Court," and to include upon it: (1) his name; (2) his prison registration number; (3) the case number; and (4 ) that the remittance is for an original proceeding. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall not issue process or cause process to issue upon the complaint at this time. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall file a written suppl ement to his complaint within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, in accordance with the specific instructions set forth above. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's failure to supplement his complaint in accordance with this Court's instructions will result in the dismissal of this action, without prejudice and without further notice to him.
