FURTHER ORDERED that, as to plaintiff's remaining Eighth Amendment claims against defendants Carl Brawley, Robert Harris, Mary Storz, Unknown McGee, Unknown Browers, and John Doe #1 in their individual capacities, the Clerk shall issue process or cause process to be iss ued on the amended complaint.
