MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Bank of America and Heckenberg's motions to dismiss or, alternatively, to join necessary parties [20 and 27] are GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The motion to dismiss are DENIED. T he motion to join are GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, within 30 days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint joining Jill Ridgway Regan, Jeffery Ridgway, Jonathan Ridgway, and Principia Corporation as plaintiffs and joining Jack Heckenberg as a defendant..
