MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs motion to remand is DENIED as moot. (Doc. No. 10.) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to the parties stipulation (Doc. No. 21), this case is remanded to the Circuit Court of Phelps County, Mi ssouri. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall take all necessary steps to accomplish the remand and deliver the file to the Circuit Court of Phelps County, Missouri.
