For these reasons, this cause will be reversed and remanded to the AL J in order for the ALJ to consider the relevant new evidence; formulate a new residual functional capacity for Plaintiff based on the medical evidence in the record and further develop the medical record if necessary; and then to continue with the next steps of the sequential evaluation process.
