MEMORANDUM AND ORDER re: 18 SOCIAL SECURITY BRIEF re 1 Complaint filed by Plaintiff Robert Joiner ; For the reasons discussed above, the Court finds that the Commissioner's decision is not supported by substantial evidence in the rec ord as a whole. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the decision of the Commissioner is reversed and this matter is remanded pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for further proceedings..
