IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's second motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [Doc. #6] is DENIED a s moot. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs failure to amend his complaint in accordance with this Court's instructions will result in the dismissal of this action, without prejudice and without further notice to him.
