IT I S FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant MAFG Services, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, Failure to State a Claim, and Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction 34 is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff C.F.C.S. Investm ents, LP is granted ten (10) days from the date of this Order to supplement its Motion for Substitution of Party 38 with facts establishing a basis for substituting Michael Clark as a party plaintiff.
