MEMORANDUM AND ORDER : IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that within ten (10) days of the date of this Memorandum and Order, petitioner shall show cause why this action should not be dismissed, without prejudice, for failure to prosecute and/or for failure to c omply with this Courts March 6, 2017 Memorandum and Order requiring petitioner to file an amended complaint on a court form, as well as for failing to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if petitioner fails to sh ow cause in a timely manner or fails to file the required pleadings within ten (10) days of the date of this Memorandum and Order, this action will be dismissed without prejudice.
