IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs&#039; Emergency Motion to Remand [ECF No. 14 ] i s DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Imerys Talk America, Incorporateds Motion and Suggestions in Support to Dismiss Plaintiffs&#039; First Amended Petition for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction [ECF No. 25 ] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERE D that claims asserted by Plaintiffs, except for those asserted by Plaintiffs Rebecca Jinright, Tina Gill, Peggy Waddle, and Lyndell Zurligen, individually and in his capacity as representative of the Estate of Gretchen Zurligen shall be DISMISSED, without prejudice.
