Filing 5 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER -....IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis [Doc. 2] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff must pay an initial filing fee of $1.84 within thirty (30) da ys of the date of this Order......IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all proceedings in this case are STAYED pending final disposition of the criminal charges, as well as plaintiff's probationary process, any appeals and post-conviction remed ies, in State v. Johns, No. 16SL-CR00718-01 (21st Judicial Circuit, St. Louis County Court). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for counsel [Doc. 3] is DENIED without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this c ase is ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED pending final disposition of the criminal charges against plaintiff, and may be reopened by this Court.( Initial Partial Filing Fee due by 2/23/2018.).
