Docket Text ORDER: The Court grants #11 Unopposed First Motion for Extension of Time to File the Electronic Certified Administrative Record and Answer to Plaintiff's Complaint. The Commissioner must file an answer to Plaintiff's Complaint and submit the administrative record no later than December 13, 2021. In the event the administrative record is unable to be prepared and filed by December 13, 2021, the Commissioner shall file a status report reflecting that no later than December 6, 2021.
