Filing 7 ORDER: ORDERED that: (1) the agency having custody of Plaintiff forward to the Clerk of the Court monthly payments of twenty percent of the preceding month's income credited to Plaintiff's account each time the amount in the account exceeds $10 until the $350 filing fee is paid; (2) the Clerk of Court issue appropriate summons as authorized by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4, and deliver the summons, the complaint, and a copy of this order to the United States Marshal for service of process; (3) the United States Marshal attempt personal service of process at no cost to Plaintiff on Defendants (a) Garrett Lukenbill, (b) Leon Dwerlkotte, (c) Larry Roberts, (d) Marvin Schutten, (e) Jay Williams, at (202 S. High Street, Stockton, MO, 65785), and on (f) Cedar County, Missouri, to Commissioners Marlon Collins, Don Boultinghouse, and Bob Foster at 113 South Street, Stockton, MO 65785; (4) If any of the individual defendants may not be served at the address listed above, the remaining individual defendants are directed to provide the last-known address for those defendants within twenty-one days after service of process; and (5) Defendants answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's complaint, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12, within twenty-one days after service of process.
