ORDER regarding motions. The plaintiff's motion to appoint counsel, (Filing No. 54 ), is denied. The plaintiff's complaint is dismissed without prejudice. The defendants' objection to the courts order granting the plaintiff additional time to obtain counsel, (Filing No. 53 ), and their objection to the plaintiff's motion to appoint counsel, (Filing No. 55 ), are denied as moot. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - By letter sent to the court and counsel for the defendants, the plaintiff has requested an additional thirty days to retain an attorney for representation in this case. Therefore, Plaintiff is given until October 2, 2008 in whi ch to obtain the services of substitute counsel and have that attorney file an appearance in its behalf, in the absence of which the court may dismiss this lawsuit without further notice.
