ORDER upon notice of settlement given to the magistrate judge on October 31, 2011, by Michael J. Javoronok, counsel for the plaintiff. On or before January 3, 2012, the parties shall electronically file a joint stipulation for dismissal (or other di spositive stipulation) and shall submit to Chief Judge Joseph F. Bataillon, at email@example.com, a draft order which will fully dispose of the case. Absent compliance with this order, this case (including all counterclaims and the lik e) may be dismissed without further notice. The pretrial conference and trial previously scheduled are cancelled, and the plaintiffs motion in limine (Filing No. 62 ) is terminated, upon the representation that this case is settled. ***Set All Deadlines: ( Dismissal Papers Deadline due by 1/3/2012).
