Default in this action is entered in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 55(a). If, on or before March 12, 2014, def endant Harms has not responded, the Court will also grant the plaintiffs' motion for default judgment, without further notice. The appropriate amount of damages will be established at trial or at a hearing before the Court, the date and time to be set by further order. Judgment will be entered thereafter.
