That filing no. 2, the plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, is denied; 2. That the plaintiff shall have until Se ptember 15, 2006 to pay the court's $350 filing fee; one short extension, but no more, may be granted upon a timely written motion; 3.
