Filing 8 STRICKEN - MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - Plaintiff's claims against Defendant John Doe are dismissed. The Clerk of the court is directed to terminate that party as a Defendant in this matter. This matter will only proceed on Plaintiff's claims a gainst Defendant Cotton.
